Hiroshi specializes in supporting both prospective and existing portfolio companies in effectively engaging with their local customers and partners. His expertise lies in fostering new business opportunities and driving Open Innovation initiatives for Limited Partner (LP) companies by establishing strategic connections with portfolio entities. Currently, Hiroshi holds a pivotal role in Business Development for the China Mobility Fund and South East Asia Fund, with a primary focus on B2B, Enterprise SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, AI, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Software, Networks, Servers, Storage, and ITSM.
Before joining Translink, Hiroshi served as the Country Manager of Japan and Korea at Druva Inc., a leading Data Protection SaaS startup based in Sunnyvale, where he successfully led the establishment of a Japan office. During his three and a half years tenure, Hiroshi significantly expanded the customer base, attracting over 80 new clients. Prior to Druva Inc., he held a managerial position at Net One Systems, one of Japan's largest system integrators. In this role, Hiroshi was instrumental in shaping business strategy, introducing new cloud services, and overseeing product planning and marketing. His efforts resulted in the successful incubation and launch of over 10 overseas startup vendors.

Outside of the professional realm, Hiroshi finds joy in playing golf, biking, snowboarding, camping, and indulging in outdoor activities. His enthusiasm for these pursuits reflects his commitment to a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
